Three cans of smoking chips are included to allow you to sample different flavors paired with your cocktail. Included are Apple, Maple, and Hickory chips. Hickory is our personal favorite. There are endless possibilities to try, you could experiment with cinnamon sticks, vanilla beans, coffee beans, or other wood chip flavors, the options are plenty.

The advantage to smoking chips is you can try different flavors, they are easier to light & burn for plenty of smoke, AND the chips also preserve the tray, extending your usage. We hope you share your favorite smoking flavor with us!

+ Smoking Tray made from an authentic whiskey barrel stave and routed to fit a glass with an internal diameter of 2" up to an outer diameter of 3.25"
+ 3 cans of smoking chips; 1 each of Apple, Maple, and Hickory.
+ 1 Glass, you have the option between a 10 ounce Rocks Glass or a 9.8 ounce Whiskey Glass/Nosing Glass
+ 1 butane Kitchen Torch - Please note that butane gas is not included
